Fresh off the success of her critically acclaimed mixtape “Alligator Bites Never Heal,” Doechii has secured an unprecedented three Grammy nominations. She’s the first female artiste to receive a Best Rap Album nomination for a mixtape, while also competing for Best New Artist and Best Rap Performance.
The rising star recently shared her creative philosophy with Variety, emphasising her commitment to artistic freedom. “I was able to birth this out of pure presence and creativity,” Doechii explained, signalling her innovative approach to music-making.
