Kunmie has released “Gorgeous,” a new single featuring Lojay, which continues the quiet momentum the Nigerian artist built after his Valentine’s Day debut in early 2025, circulated widely on social media through covers and duets, establishing him as a singer with a soft, emotive vocal style.
“Gorgeous” is centred on the feeling of admiring someone who does not recognise their own appeal.

Kunmie opens the record with a direct address to a woman whose impact on him she appears entirely unaware of, describing the particular pull of her smile and the mix of certainty and nervous feeling she provokes. “She does not even see what I see, and that is what makes it deeper,” he said.
Lojay contributes a calm, repetitive refrain that reinforces the song’s central idea without overextending it. The record’s emotional tone is one of steady reassurance rather than longing or confusion, affection that is clear-eyed on one side and invisible on the other.
The song is now available on all major streaming platforms via ONErpm.
