Singer Ciara and former NFL quarterback Russell Wilson have announced they are expecting their fifth child together, expanding their family following their 10th wedding anniversary earlier this year, per hip-hopvibe.com.
The couple shared the news on Sunday, September 6, through an Instagram post featuring photographs and videos of Ciara’s growing baby bump.
Alongside the visual announcement, they included the caption, “One more person to Love,” accompanied by a five-finger emoji. The announcement also featured shirts representing their current children; Future, Sienna, Win, and Amora, alongside a blank baby onesie for the newest arrival.
The pregnancy follows public hints from Wilson, who revealed at Fanatics Fest in July that he was actively trying to convince Ciara to have a fifth child, affectionately referring to the potential baby as “Cinco.” Ciara later disclosed that Wilson first brought up the idea shortly after the birth of their youngest daughter, Amora, in December 2023.
The upcoming baby will be the fifth child for Ciara and the fourth she shares with Wilson. Ciara also shares her eldest son, Future Zahir, from a previous relationship. The couple married in July 2016 and welcomed Sienna in 2017, Win in 2020, and Amora in late 2023.
The couple has not yet disclosed the baby’s sex or due date, leaving further details about the newest addition unannounced as they embark on this next chapter.
