Snoop Dogg donates professional music equipment to Warringa Park School in Werribee

Snoop Dogg has donated professional-grade music equipment to Warringa Park School in Werribee, fulfilling a commitment made during a visit to the campus last year, per allhiphop.com.

The donation, which includes microphones, stands and speakers, provides a significant upgrade to the music programme at the specialist school for students with additional needs.

The contribution follows the artist’s 2025 collaboration with students on the track “Drip,” which featured on the album 2025 by Radio On. The project originated after students contacted the Grammy-winning American rapper via Instagram, leading to a school visit where he recorded a verse inspired by his hit single “Drop It Like It’s Hot.”

During his initial visit, Snoop Dogg pledged to provide the school with studio-quality hardware to support their creative development. School officials confirmed the arrival of the gear via social media, noting that the rapper had remained true to his word. The new equipment allows the school to transform its classroom space into a functional recording environment, mirroring professional industry standards.

The “Drip” collaboration was officially released in May 2025. This latest gesture aligns with the artist’s established history of supporting music education and community-based youth initiatives.

Warringa Park School serves students with intellectual disabilities across several campuses in Victoria, Australia. The inclusion of professional technology in their curriculum aims to provide vocational pathways and creative outlets that are often inaccessible in specialised education settings.
