Chris Brown releases 12th studio album BROWN featuring Bryson Tiller & Lucky Daye

Chris Brown released his 12th studio album, titled BROWN, on May 8 via RCA Records, per ratedrnb.com.

The 27-track project follows the commercial success of his 2023 release 11:11 and includes collaborations with Bryson Tiller, Lucky Daye and GloRilla. The album arrives just weeks before the singer embarks on a major co-headlining stadium tour with Usher.

The new LP features the chart-topping single “It Depends” alongside tracks such as “Holy Blindfold” and “Fallin’,” which features Leon Thomas. Brown collaborated with a diverse roster of artists for the project, including Tank, Fridayy, Vybez Kartel and YoungBoy Never Broke Again. Production credits for the album include industry veterans Hitmaka, RoccStar and Troy Taylor.

Addressing his fanbase on social media prior to the release, Brown described the album as the result of a “long journey” and extensive studio work. The release serves as the successor to 11:11, a project that earned Brown his second Grammy Award for Best R&B Album earlier this year.

The launch follows a period of significant touring revenue for the singer. His 2024 tour grossed over $82.3 million, while the 2025 “Breezy Bowl XX” stadium tour, celebrating two decades in the industry, generated $300 million from 2 million ticket sales across 52 dates in North America and Europe.

Brown is now scheduled to begin a co-headlining North American R&B tour with Usher on June 26. The stadium circuit will open in Denver and visit major cities including Toronto, Las Vegas, and Atlanta, before concluding on December 12 in Tampa.

The release of BROWN solidifies Brown’s position as one of R&B’s most prolific and commercially viable figures. By maintaining a high-volume output and securing a second Grammy in 2026, he continues to leverage a loyal global following despite the shifting landscape of the digital streaming era.
