Fiokee, one of Afrobeats’ most prominent guitarists, has released a new single titled “Ayaya”.
Known for shaping records across the genre before pursuing a solo career, Fiokee uses the track to deliver a message centred on balance, acknowledging the grind while insisting on space for rest and self-worth.
“Life no be only hustle,” he says in the song. “Take time, enjoy am, you deserve it.”
The production is light and guitar-driven, consistent with Fiokee’s signature sound. Vocal flourishes and a steady, easy-going rhythm carry the track’s central theme without urgency, allowing its message to land simply.
