Katy Perry announces return to Dublin for Malahide Castle headline show

Katy Perry is set to play a major headline show at Dublin’s Malahide Castle next summer, marking her highly anticipated return to the Irish capital after more than a decade, per rte.ie.

The pop superstar, known for hits like “Roar” and “Firework,” will take to the outdoor stage on Wednesday, June 24, 2026.

Fans eager to secure their spot should note that tickets go on general sale this Friday, November 14. Ahead of the general release, both the MCD and artiste presales will begin on Wednesday, November 12 at 9am.

Perry’s last performance in Dublin was in 2011 as part of her California Dreams Tour at The O2 (now the 3Arena). Her recent visit to Ireland included a stop last month for her Lifetimes Tour at the SSE Arena in Belfast.

The announcement follows the recent release of Perry’s emotional new single, “Bandaids.” The track explores themes of heartbreak and moving on, which resonated deeply with the singer’s own experiences following her separation from actor Orlando Bloom earlier this year after nine years together.

Following the single’s debut, the 41-year-old artiste shared a vulnerable message with her fans on Instagram, thanking them for their support.

“Thank you for the love on ‘Bandaids’,” she wrote. “I struggled for months with the idea of putting this song out… even after all these years it can be scary to be vulnerable… but hopefully the lyrics of this song resonate with someone going through what I have been through and maybe they won’t feel so alone and will find the strength to keep going like I have.”
