This news comes months after Momoa’s ex-wife, US actress Lisa Bonet, officially filed for divorce. The court documents, citing “irreconcilable differences,” were filed in January, almost two years after the couple announced their separation on Instagram. The former couple, who met in 2005 and married in 2017, agreed on asset division and will share custody of their two children.
Momoa’s popularity soared with his portrayal of Khal Drogo in HBO’s Game of Thrones. He recently starred in the sci-fi blockbuster Dune and its sequel, as well as Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom.
