Kerry Washington & Genevieve Nnaji exchange pleasantries In Igbo Language

We are convinced that somewhere, etched in historical data, Hollywood actress Kerry Washington might be a titled Ibo woman.

The ‘Scandal’ and ‘Fixer’ actress, showed off her Igbo writing prowess when she congratulated Genevieve Nnaji on the submission of her movie, ‘Lion Heart’, in the International Feature Film category of the 2020 edition of the Oscar Awards.

As expected, an excited Genevieve took to Instagram to share the news and express her gratitude at the development.

Then comes in Kerry Washington in the comment section and congratulates her, writing in Igbo language.

Genevieve quicky replies in kind, cementing their sisterhood as Igbo kindred.

This is not Kerry’s first attempt at being Igbo, as she is married to former NFL player, Nnamdi Asomugha and a while back took to Twitter to wish Nigerian Hollywood actress, Uzo Aduba of the series ‘Orange is the new Black’ a happy birthday in very fluent Igbo.

Finally, MI responds to Vector

After a prolonged wait that had loyal fans doubting MI’s much publisized kingship rap status, the ‘short black boy’ has finally responded.

For weeks, Vector tha Viper has been taking shots at MI with his release of two diss tracks that got social media talking.

Fans and foes alike, have been angling for a response from MI and it seemed like nothing was in the works.

MI recently released what he technically called a ‘Maturity lesson’ and not a diss track to Vector and it is at first listen, a well-articulated artistic response.

We have our binoculars out and we are looking expectantly at the horizon for a response.

If any is needed.
