Shaboozey announces fall 2024 multi-city tour

Shaboozey has been taking off since appearing on Beyonce’s Cowboy Carter album, per hypebeast.com. Now, the Nigerian-American country/hip-hop artiste has announced his Fall 2024 “Where I’ve Been, Isn’t Where I’m Going” multi-city tour.

The tour announcement comes behind his third studio album Where I’ve Been, Isn’t Where I’m Going, which was released on May 31. Clocking in at 12 songs, the country album was partly inspired by outlaw romanticism.

Regarding the inspiration, Shaboozey told Apple Music’s Kelleigh Bannen, “The guy who’s standing against a whole bunch of folks and it’s like, ‘We’re going to take them down.’ Yeah you can try!”

From the album, his track “A Bar Song (Tipsy)” hit #1 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs Chart and is currently in its seventh week in the top 5 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

For the multi-city tour, Shaboozey is set to stop in 10 cities including Minneapolis, Chicago, Toronto, Boston, Brooklyn, Washington D.C. and more. Nine of the stops are a part of the healing tour, while one is a part of the FONO Festival in Quebec.

Tickets via the artiste presale started Tuesday, the TikTok presale started on June 26, the local presale began on June 27 and the public on-sale tickets went on sale on June 28.
