Netflix released the first teaser for Season 4 of “Stranger Things” today, and it doesn’t reveal much — except that David Harbour will be back, which most of us assumed, despite how Season 3 left things. I’m not sure that what this show needs is a trip to a gulag, but I guess we’ll see!
