Lydia Nabawanuka, professionally known as Lydia Jazmine, has released a new single titled “Ameenallah”.
The track opens with an invocation of Amina Allah, situating faith as its emotional foundation before moving into themes of love and personal reflection. Jazmine addresses a romantic partner with quiet admiration while drawing on memories of her upbringing, crediting the values instilled by her parents as a source of ongoing strength.

“This song is about knowing where your strength comes from,” Jazmine said. “When you have that, everything else becomes clear.”
The release adds to a body of work that has established Jazmine as one of East Africa’s more consistently recognisable voices. She moves across R&B, Afro-pop, and dancehall, a range that has defined her commercial and artistic identity over several years of recording.
“Ameenallah” is now available on all major streaming platforms via ONErpm.
