Bella Shmurda releases emotionally charged EP, ‘R2 Sept 12’

Bella Shmurda has unveiled his latest project, R2 Sept 12, a deeply emotional EP that serves as a tribute to his late friend, Mohbad. 

The EP, which explores themes of grief and self-discovery, takes listeners on a poignant journey through the Nigerian Afropop sensation’s raw emotions following Mohbad’s passing on September 12th. 

Tracks like “Feelings” and “Loner” lay bare the artiste’s heartache, while “1999” featuring Bloody Civilian, celebrates youthful dreams. With “Oghene,” featuring Zlatan and Jeriq, Bella Shmurda infuses spirituality into the project, expressing gratitude and faith. The EP concludes with “My Brother,” a touching tribute to Mohbad, promising to keep his spirit alive through music.
