Adele elects to stay in Las Vegas until June

Adele, the 35-year-old British singer-songwriter, has extended her Las Vegas residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace. The residency, titled Weekends With Adele, began in November 2022 and was originally scheduled to conclude in the coming weeks. However, due to the overwhelming response from her fans, Adele has added one last leg of performances. The final leg of the residency will feature 32 shows beginning January 19 and continuing through June 15, 2024.

Adele’s original Las Vegas run was postponed by nearly a year when the singer cancelled at the last minute in January 2022, stating that the concerts were “not good enough”. However, she returned with a bang in November 2022 and has been performing to sold-out crowds ever since. The residency features Adele singing stripped-down versions of her hit songs and interacting with the audience.

The singer has been having too much fun running through her catalogue of powerhouse ballads and unpacking the latest pop culture news with her audience night after night, so she’s adding one last leg of performances. Adele co-produced the residency with Jonathan Dickins and has been performing to rave reviews.

This is an exciting announcement for Adele fans who have been eagerly waiting for new music from the artist.
