Karol G announces new album ‘No Me Arrepiento de Sentir Tanto’ for August 7

Colombian urbano star Karol G has announced her sixth studio album, “No Me Arrepiento de Sentir Tanto,” set for release on August 7, following a surprise reveal during her headline concert at Toronto’s Rogers Stadium on July 29, according to pitchfork.com.

The 35-year-old artist made the announcement in front of a sold-out crowd, becoming the first solo woman to headline the venue. During the show, she displayed the album’s cover art on the stadium’s screens and confirmed the title, which translates as “I don’t regret feeling so much”.

No further details about the album’s tracklist or features have been released. However, the single “Matadora,” issued on July 24 to coincide with the opening night of her tour in Chicago, is expected to appear on the record, though it has not been officially confirmed as part of the project.

Karol G’s representatives told Billboard the album will arrive at 12am ET on August 7. The project follows 2025’s Tropicoqueta, which topped Billboard’s Top Latin Albums chart and reached No. 3 on the all-genre Billboard 200.

The announcement comes as part of her Viajando Por El Mundo Tropitou tour, which runs across North and South America through the end of 2026 before moving to Europe in summer 2027. Select dates on the tour include appearances by Becky G, Greeicy and Elena Rose.

Tropicoqueta, Karol G’s fifth studio album, was released in June 2025 and celebrated Latin rhythms and her cultural heritage, with the lead single “Latina Foreva” arriving in May of that year.
