Feid features Rema on new single “Bubalu”

The fusion of Afrobeats and Latin music has been steadily gaining popularity over the past few months. The latest collaboration between Feid and Rema, two young and established hitmakers from each sector, is expected to generate significant interest, according to Billboard. 

The result of their collaboration is a danceable backbeat with infectious vibes that are sure to captivate listeners.


“Bubalu” combines the best of Afrobeats and Latin music. The track features Rema singing in Spanish for the first time and will be featured on Feid’s upcoming album.

Despite the changing weather, this track is poised to dominate dance floors everywhere, reports uDiscoverMusic. What is more, this collaboration sets the stage for future partnerships between artistes from different genres.

Feid is a Colombian singer and songwriter. Born on August 19, 1992, in Medellín, Colombia, he has worked with several well-known artistes such as J Balvin, Sebastián Yatra, Manuel Turizo, Maluma and Karol G. Feid’s unique style and originality have captivated audiences worldwide. His latest album, “MOR, NO LE TEMAS A LA OSCURIDAD,” is set to be released on September 29.

Rema, whose real name is Divine Ikubor, is a Nigerian rapper, singer and songwriter. He gained initial recognition with the release of his hit song “Dumebi” in 2019. Rema was signed to Jonzing World, a record label owned by Nigerian singer D’Prince and affiliated with Mavin Records.
