Coca-Cola is set to electrify Luanda with its inaugural Coca-Cola Fest, a grand celebration of music, food, and Angolan culture.
According to an APO Group statement, the highly anticipated event will take place on Saturday, June 21, starting at 4pm, at the picturesque Luanda Bay Waterfront, directly in front of the Fortaleza Shopping Centre.
This flagship brand experience by Coca-Cola in Angola aims to underscore the company’s long-standing commitment to the nation while spotlighting the dynamic energy of Angolan youth and their rich cultural heritage. Attendees can anticipate a multi-sensory journey featuring live performances by both Angolan music sensations and renowned international DJs. The festival will also boast a diverse array of culinary delights from local restaurants and budding food entrepreneurs, showcasing Angola’s vibrant gastronomic scene and international influences.
Beyond the entertainment, Coca-Cola Fest Luanda promises interactive brand experiences, fun-filled games, and engaging activities designed to foster connections and create lasting memories for friends and families. “Coca-Cola Fest Luanda is more than a celebration; it’s a tribute to unity, diversity, and the cultural energy of Angola,” stated Racheal Kanoti, General Manager, Coca-Cola Angola. “We’re bringing together people, flavors, and rhythms that define this incredible country.”
In a move towards sustainability, Coca-Cola is partnering with Glopol, an Angolan recycling organisation, to facilitate the collection of beverage packaging throughout the event, reinforcing the company’s commitment to reducing waste.
