2023 Wimbledon BookFest to feature Kate Mosse, Ben Okri, Anne Enright, others

The 2023 Wimbledon BookFest lineup includes several notable authors like Kate Mosse, S.J. Parris, Ben Okri, and Anne Enright. 

The festival is London’s leading literary festival and features captivating author events, inspiring workshops, and engaging educational sessions.

The 2023 Wimbledon BookFest will take place from October 12-22, 2023, and will feature a variety of events and activities rooted in the community, including Merton Libraries and School projects.

This year guests can take part in the Sunset Festival, a new addition to the 2023 Wimbledon BookFest, featuring live music, food and drink. What is more, musicians or food vendors can apply to participate in the festival.

Mosse is a British author known for her historical fiction novels, including Labyrinth and The Burning Chambers. Parris is the pen name of Stephanie Merritt, a British author known for her historical thrillers, including the Giordano Bruno series. 

Okri is a Nigerian poet and novelist who won the Booker Prize in 1991 for his novel The Famished Road.  Enright is an Irish author known for her novels, including The Gathering and The Green Road, which won the Booker Prize in 2007.
