Tyla has announced her first global headlining tour, the 34-date A*Pop World Tour, with stops in Europe, North America and Africa, including a Lagos concert later this year, per vibe.com.
The tour follows the July 23 release of the South African singer’s second album, A*Pop, and marks Tyla’s first worldwide trek as a headline act. The European leg begins October 12 in Paris, with additional shows planned in Amsterdam, London, Brussels, Berlin, Copenhagen, Oslo and Stockholm.
North American dates run from November 12 to December 19, opening in Wheatland, California, and visiting major cities including Chicago, Boston, New York, Houston, Los Angeles and Las Vegas. The African leg is scheduled to start in late December and continue into early 2027, with confirmed performances in Lagos, Cape Town and Johannesburg.
Ticketing is being rolled out by region. Presales began July 29 at 10am local time, with general public sales set for July 31 at 10am local time. Specific venue and date details for the Lagos show are expected to be confirmed by local promoters closer to the performance.
Tyla’s momentum has built over the past two years. In 2024, she won the inaugural Grammy for Best African Music Performance with “Water”. In 2025, she earned a second Grammy in the same category for “Push 2 Start” and received four American Music Awards nominations in May. She also released the mixtape WWP (We Wanna Party) in July 2025.
The A*Pop World Tour expands Tyla’s live presence beyond festival appearances and support slots, positioning her among a growing cohort of African pop acts mounting global headline tours.
