Justin Timberlake addresses fans after arrest

Justin Timberlake broke his silence on his recent arrest and night in jail during a concert in Chicago on Friday night, per deadline.com. The singer, who was performing at the United Center as part of his Forget Tomorrow World Tour, addressed the crowd about his DWI arrest in The Hamptons on June 18. “It’s been a tough week,” Timberlake admitted.

This concert marked Timberlake’s first public appearance since the incident. He expressed gratitude to his fans, saying, “I know I’m hard to love sometimes but you keep loving me right back.” He also acknowledged that everyone experiences “ups-and-downs and lefts-and-rights.”

Timberlake was arrested and arraigned on June 18 in Sag Harbor, New York, for driving while intoxicated. He spent the night in jail after being pulled over for running a stop sign and weaving in his 2025 BMW. Timberlake, who is scheduled to perform at Madison Square Garden on June 25 and 26, denies the charges, claiming he “only had one martini.”

The singer is set to virtually appear in court on July 26, coinciding with the start of his two-night performance in Krakow, Poland.
