Jennifer Garner sparks engagement speculation with $250k diamond ring

American actress Jennifer Garner has sparked engagement speculation after displaying an estimated $250,000 diamond ring on her left hand in a video celebrating the renewal of her series The Five Star Weekend, hellomagazine.com.

The video sparked speculation amongst fans that her longtime partner, businessman John Miller, has proposed. Garner and Miller have been in a relationship since 2018, maintaining a low profile throughout their romance.

Jewellery specialist Nilesh Rakholia, founder of Abelini, estimated that the ring features a four to five-carat diamond set on a classic yellow gold solitaire band. He noted that the understated design highlights a clean, contemporary aesthetic focused on craftsmanship, reflecting Garner’s preference for timeless fashion over trend-driven pieces.

The simple design marks a distinct shift from the engagement ring given to her by ex-husband Ben Affleck in 2005. That piece, a 4.5-carat cushion-cut diamond flanked by baguette side stones from Harry Winston, was valued at approximately $500,000 (£393,000) and reflected the more ornate jewellery trends of the period.

Garner was married to actor Scott Foley from 2000 to 2003, and to Affleck from 2005 to 2015, with whom she shares three children: Violet, Fin and Samuel. The actress has previously expressed a relaxed stance on marriage, stating in prior interviews that she was in no rush to wed again while focusing on her family.

The unannounced appearance of the ring aligns with Garner and Miller’s historically private approach to their relationship, opting against formal announcements or public statements in favour of subtle milestones.
