Billboard has published its World Albums chart for the week ending on December 17 with RM, ITZY, BTS, ENHYPEN, NCT 127, LE SSERAFIM, Nayeon, And TWICE sweeping the top spots.
BTS’s RM’s new solo album Indigo debuted at No. 1 on this week’s chart, in addition to entering the Billboard 200 (where RM became the first Korean soloist in history to land two albums in the top 30). RM also topped five other Billboard charts, including the Digital and World Digital Song Sales charts, with songs from the album.
ITZY’s new mini album CHESHIRE debuted at No. 2 on the World Albums chart, and it also became their fourth album to enter the Billboard 200.
BTS’s anthology album Proof stayed strong at No. 4 in its 26th consecutive week on the World Albums chart.
ENHYPEN’s first full-length Japanese album Sadame entered the chart at No. 5 this week, while the group’s latest Korean mini album MANIFESTO : DAY 1 took No. 12 in its 19th week on the chart.
NCT 127’s latest album 2 Baddies ranked No. 8 in its 12th consecutive week on the chart, and LE SSERAFIM’s ANTIFRAGILE followed at No. 10 in its eighth week.
Nearly six months after its initial release, TWICE’s Nayeon’s solo debut mini album IM NAYEON re-entered the chart for a 13th non-consecutive week, while TWICE’s latest mini album BETWEEN 1&2 came in at No. 13 in its 15th consecutive week.
