The BBC has announced “The Scarecrows’ Wedding,” a brand new animated special based on the beloved book by Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler, per bbc.co.uk.
In collaboration with multi-Oscar-nominated producers Magic Light Pictures, this half-hour animation promises to be a festive treat for families. Leading an all-star voice cast is the incomparable Sophie Okonedo as the Narrator, joined by returning favourite Rob Brydon as the villainous Reginald Rake. Jessie Buckley lends her voice to the devoted Betty O’Barley, while Domhnall Gleeson brings Harry O’Hay to life.
