Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown is reportedly set to earn millions as a new Star Wars sensation. The Eleven actress could soon be cast in the Star Wars universe.
“She’s on Disney’s radar for new Star Wars projects,” a source told the Sun newspaper. “She’s had contact with Kathleen who’s aware of her desire to feature in a movie — or play a central role in a new TV project for Disney Plus.
“The conversations are informal but there’s huge mutual respect. Disney executives know what an icon she is for the 10 to 30-year-old audience. She could easily take home £12 million for a first film.”
The 18-year-old made her feature film debut with a lead role in Godzilla: King of the Monsters (2019), a character she reprised in the sequel Godzilla vs. Kong (2021). She also starred in and produced the Netflix mystery film Enola Holmes (2020).
As Eleven in Stranger Things, Millie was nominated for the Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Drama Series and the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series. She then won the Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series with her co-stars and won the 43rd Saturn Award for Best Performance by a Younger Actor in a Television Series.
In 2018 she got her second nominations for a Screen Actors Guild Award and a Primetime Emmy Award.
