Grammy Award-winning Nigerian artist, Wizkid has achieved another career milestone.
The Afrobeat star has become the first African artist to surpass five billion streams on the global streaming music platform Spotify.
However, the Starboy record label boss recently smashed another record after his album Made In Lagos spent a total of 100 weeks on the Billboard World Albums Chart.
According to data curated and brought to light by “Chart Data”, “@wizkidayo has now surpassed 5 billion total streams on Spotify across all credits. He’s the first African artist to reach this milestone”.
