Maka, DeleTaiwo and Others to take over Felabration Tonight.

Yesterday was lit.
The pure magic of the nostalgic melody delivered by Oge Kimono, the grit of the Alapomeji master 9ice and the energy of highlife maestro J Stanley, brought smiles to every face and lifted every heart.

But todays line-up will definitely make you rethink all that.

Afro-soul diva, Maka alongside Fuji crooner, Dele Taiwo and a host of other amazing acts will take over the event tonight and are sure to bring fire🔥

Our advice?

Hold everything else you are doing and make your way to Freedom Park this evening by 7pm, so we don’t have to tell you how it all went down.

Come see it for yourself.

See you there.

LABAF2019 – KEN SARO WIWA PRIZE FOR REVIEW @Food Court

It was Samuel Johnson who said that he would rather be attacked than be unnoticed. For, he added, the worst thing you can do to an author is to be silent as to his works. We at LABAF are not about silence particularly when it comes to books. And, this year, the books for review in the KEN SARO WIWA PRIZE FOR REVIEW are:

Afonja The Rise by Tunde Leye
Three Women by Bunmi Oyinsan
Where are you from by Lola Akande

It will be our joy to welcome the another winner.
