Rapper A-Q appears to shade M.I in new song

A-Q has released a new song titled “Family First” in which the rapper seems to take a swipe at M.I Abaga.

The song, a collaboration with Bymo, whose relationship with M.I is also shrouded in mystery, begins with lyrics that suggest a rift between the rapper’s who had worked together before at the time when M.I Abaga was A-Q’s boss.

The duo alongside rappers Loose Kaynon and Blaqbonez as ‘L.A.M.B’ also released 3 cyphers as well as a joint project titled “The Live Report” released in 2020, and just recently, L.A.M.B also released a project titled “Behold The Lamb”.

A-Q questions the relationship between himself and M.I. thus: “Let’s not pretend, me and M haven’t really been on talking terms

You know issues get bigger when you look through microscopic lens…

who made you Judge, keep your clemency, You cannot sentence me

Keep the same energy for eternity or let it be…”

A-Q’s God’s Engineering won the best rap album at the 14th edition of the Headies Award. But after a social media break following his Headies win, A-Q did not rested on his laurels, as he returned in a big way and gas been making hits ever since. “Family First” also has the marking of a hit.
