Michael Jackson’s sons Prince and Blanket unite on late singer’s 65th birthday

On what would have marked the 65th birthday of the legendary pop icon Michael Jackson, his sons, Prince Jackson, 26, and Blanket “Bigi” Jackson, 21, made a rare joint appearance in Las Vegas. The siblings were seen engaging with attendees at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino shortly after a showing of “Michael Jackson ONE” by Cirque du Soleil.

Prince donned a casual ensemble consisting of a grey T-shirt, blue jeans, sneakers, and a crossbody bag, paired with a scruffy beard. He appeared in high spirits as he interacted with fans, even receiving a drawing of his father as a gift. Touched by the gesture, Prince warmly embraced the fan.

In contrast, Blanket, who tends to avoid public appearances, wore a black short-sleeved button-down shirt and matching pants and shoes. He sported a subtle mustache and beard and presented a quieter demeanour while posing for photos and signing autographs.

Their sister, Paris Jackson, who is currently on tour with the rock band Incubus, was not present at the Las Vegas outing. Michael Jackson, a 13-time Grammy winner, tragically passed away in 2009 due to cardiac arrest caused by an accidental drug overdose at the age of 50.

Prince and Paris are the offspring of Michael’s marriage to Debbie Rowe, while Blanket’s conception involved a surrogate, as revealed by Michael himself in the 2003 documentary “Living with Michael Jackson.” The identity of the surrogate remains undisclosed.

Michael Jackson was previously married to Lisa Marie Presley, daughter of Elvis Presley. Although their union lasted from 1994 to 1996, his estate expressed condolences after her untimely death at age 54, praising her affection and care during their relationship.
