Lil Baby is set to kick off 2025 with a bang, unveiling the tracklist for his fourth studio album “Who Hard As Me (WHAM),” per wild104.iheart.com. The 30-year-old Grammy-nominated Atlanta rap sensation took to social media on December 20 to share the album’s striking cover art, which features him adorned in opulent gold jewellery while the album title mysteriously obscures his face.
The 15-track project boasts an impressive roster of hip-hop heavyweights, including Young Thug and Future on the anticipated collaboration “Dum, Dumb and Dumber,” while rising star GloRilla joins forces with Baby on “Redbone.” The album’s guest list also features industry titans Travis Scott and 21 Savage, alongside performances from Rod Wave and Rylo Rodriguez.
This announcement comes after an extensive two-year period that saw Lil Baby dominating the feature circuit, collaborating with diverse artistes ranging from Ye to Central Cee. Despite releasing several singles including “Touchdown,” “Insecurities” and “5AM,” none of these tracks will appear on “WHAM,” suggesting entirely fresh material for his loyal fanbase.
Notably absent from the album’s lineup is former collaborator Gunna, with whom Baby created the hit “Drip Too Hard.” In a recent interview with Charlamagne Tha God, Lil Baby addressed this absence, firmly stating that their professional relationship has concluded. Responding to critics suggesting he needs Gunna for hits, Baby confidently dismissed such claims, pointing to his extensive catalogue of successful tracks.
“WHAM” is scheduled to drop on January 3, 2025, marking Lil Baby’s first full-length release since his previous successful ventures. The project is poised to showcase his evolution as an artiste while maintaining the hard-hitting style that has become his signature.
