Bakwa Literary Festival Celebrates Writing Of Cameroonian Origin

The newly unveiled Bakwa Literary Festival is set to celebrate the best in Cameroonian writing from May 15-19, 2020.

Bakwa is a Cameroonian publisher of literary fiction, creative nonfiction, and translation, and has published some of the most exciting established and emerging writers. Apart from publishing, Bakwa is also the organisation behind the podcast BakwaCast.

The team at Bakwa has today introduced the Bakwa Literary Festival to celebrate books and authors from Cameroon online via Instagram Live. It will bring people together in these sad, troubling times and provide a much-needed live forum where writers and critics can engage with audiences.
