Alec Musser, “All My Children” actor, passes away at 50

Beloved actor Alec Musser, renowned for his portrayal of Del Henry on All My Children, has passed away at the age of 50, pagesix.com reports. 

The news of his demise was confirmed by his family to TMZ, revealing that Musser died at his residence in Del Mar, Calif., on Friday night. The cause of death has not been disclosed.

Musser’s journey in the entertainment industry took flight in 2005 when he emerged victorious in SOAPnet’s reality TV competition, I Wanna Be a Soap Star. This triumph led to a contract with All My Children, where he assumed the role of Del Henry, succeeding Winsor Harmon.

After leaving the soap opera in 2007, Musser continued to make his mark with recurring roles in projects like Lifetime’s Rita Rocks and the web series Road to the Altar.

Beyond his acting career, Musser garnered acclaim as a fitness model, gracing the pages of notable magazines such as Men’s Health, Men’s Workout and Exercise Health. His legacy extends through a diverse and impactful career that touched the hearts of many.
