Afeez Oyetoro, Nissi George headline Ayo Jaiyesimi’s “ITAN” in Christmas return at Muson

Christmas theatre takes centre stage in Lagos as Ayo Jaiyesimi’s acclaimed play, ITAN the Story returns for a special festive run at the Muson Centre on December 25 and 26.

Featuring acclaimed actors Afeez Oyetoro and Nissi George, the production promises a rich blend of culture, music and storytelling for audiences seeking more than seasonal entertainment.

“You only need to see my actors and actresses at rehearsal. They are simply on fire and are prepared to bless all theatre lovers’ festive season with a beautiful and engaging drama,” the theatre-passionate Jaiyesimi says.

Also in the cast are seasoned and rising talents like Hephzibah Idakwo, Victor Oyebode (Boy Alinco), Oluwakemi Aderibigbe, Femi Oyegbile, Lilian Aliu and Boye Oshuntuyi.

Moved to the festive season due to the Eyo Festival event, the production will hold at 3pm on December 25 and two shows at 3pm and 7pm the next day, while all previously purchased tickets remain valid.
