Lady Gaga welcomes 1st baby with fiancé Michael Polansky

Lady Gaga has welcomed her first child with fiancé Michael Polansky, according to multiple outlets, marking a major milestone for the couple after six years together, per eonline.com.

The 40-year-old singer, whose real name is Stefani Germanotta, has not yet revealed the name or sex of the newborn.

Representatives have not yet commented on the birth.

The arrival follows the couple’s engagement, which took place on April Fools’ Day in 2024, later confirmed by the singer when introducing Polansky to French Prime Minister Gabriel Attal during the Paris Summer Olympics.

The pair first met in 2019 at a birthday party for Napster cofounder Sean Parker after Gaga’s mother predicted they would marry.

They made their romance public in February 2020 and frequently shared glimpses of their relationship, culminating in their red carpet debut at the Venice Film Festival in September 2024. Throughout their relationship, Gaga has frequently praised Polansky, describing him as the love of her life and dedicating her Artist of the Year award at the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards to him.
