AZ Chike and Tyler, the Creator have released their collaborative single “Look Like My Mama,” accompanied by a cinematic music video directed by Stacking Memories that features homages to classic cinema and cult films, per pitchfork.com.
The music video opens at the fictional “NRFTW High School,” featuring lockers decorated with flyers advertising “NO REST FOR THE WICKED,” which serves as the title of AZ Chike’s forthcoming studio album.
The promotional material also displays a release date of September 18, 2026.
Throughout the visual, AZ Chike and Tyler, the Creator recreate memorable scenes from several prominent motion pictures, including Napoleon Dynamite, Sinners, and Men in Black. The narrative framing concludes with a young child observing the cinematic pastiche unfold on a bedroom television screen.
