Cassie Fine, the singer and model known professionally as Cassie, has offered a glimpse into her life following a tumultuous spring, per vibe.com. The artiste gave birth to her third child with husband Alex Fine in late May, just nine days after she testified against her ex-boyfriend Sean “Diddy” Combs in a high-profile federal sex trafficking trial.
After maintaining a low profile to recover from the physically and mentally demanding period, Cassie took to Instagram to share a relatable moment from her postpartum journey. On August 7, she reposted a video showing a man dancing and then pausing repeatedly, as if contemplating whether to continue. The caption read, “When your old self slowly starts coming out postpartum,” which Cassie commented on as “Factual. Little by little. lol.”
The platinum-selling artiste welcomed a son on May 27. Her testimony in the New York City trial, where she was accompanied by her husband, detailed years of alleged abuse and their decade-long relationship. The couple, who married in August 2019, are also parents to two daughters.
Earlier this year, Cassie celebrated Alex Fine’s birthday with a heartfelt post expressing her gratitude for their life together and her excitement about him becoming a father to their son.
