Zendaya has finally addressed the whirlwind of speculation surrounding her private life, using a late-night television appearance to “clear the confusion” over reports she secretly wed long-term partner Tom Holland, ew.com.
The Emmy-winning actress visited Jimmy Kimmel Live on Monday following weeks of intense scrutiny. The rumour mill reached a fever pitch after her stylist, Law Roach, claimed at the Actor Awards that the pair had already tied the knot in private. When questioned by Kimmel about fans going “berserk,” Zendaya playfully feigned ignorance before presenting a video she jokingly suggested would settle the matter.

The “evidence” turned out to be a tongue-in-cheek clip from her upcoming film “The Drama”. In the footage, Tom Holland’s face was crudely superimposed over that of co-star Robert Pattinson during a wedding scene. “It was a beautiful day!” Zendaya quipped regarding the obviously doctored video. “That was real!”
Beyond the jokes, the actress admitted that many people in her personal life had been deceived by convincing AI-generated imagery of a supposed ceremony. The confusion was further stoked by Zendaya’s mother, Claire Stoermer, who recently posted a cryptic message on Instagram regarding Roach’s original claims.
Despite the stylist doubling down on his “I said what I said” stance at the Oscars, Zendaya’s lighthearted dismissal suggests that, for now, the only wedding bells ringing are on a film set. Fans can see the actress alongside Robert Pattinson in “The Drama,” which arrives in cinemas on April 3.
