Coke Studio™ 2024 has announced the addition of international music icons Usher and Tyla to its star-studded lineup. According to an APO Group statement, this collaboration marks another milestone for Coca-Cola’s premier global music platform, promising fans an array of exclusive musical experiences.
The announcement comes as Coke Studio™ continues to expand its roster of world-class artistes, which already includes renowned names such as Karol G, NewJeans and Peggy Gou. Fans can look forward to a diverse range of immersive experiences from Usher and Tyla, including original tracks and electrifying live performances.
Usher, expressing his enthusiasm for the partnership, stated, “Being part of this year’s Coke Studio™ lineup is both an honour and an opportunity to engage with my fans through the power of music.” The R&B superstar is set to perform live in Atlanta as part of his upcoming tour in October, where lucky fans will be among the first to experience new tracks performed live.
South African sensation Tyla shared her excitement about performing in her hometown of Johannesburg, saying, “It’s a privilege to bring these vibrant moments to life and share the joy and energy with music lovers across the world.” Her performance, also scheduled for October, promises to be a highlight of the Coke Studio™ 2024 programme.
The addition of Usher and Tyla follows the successful releases of tracks by other Coke Studio™ artistes. Notably, Karol G’s “Si Antes Te Hubiera Conocido” reached the No. 1 spot on global charts and the Billboard Hot Latin Songs chart, garnering over 225 million views on YouTube.
