The much-anticipated theatrical production of Ahmed Yerima’s The Sisters, originally set to mesmerise audiences at Terra Kulture, Victoria Island, Lagos, has now been moved to the University of Lagos (UNILAG) Main Auditorium.
Director of the play Abdulwali Abiola Balogun, affectionately known as “Baloo,” made the announcement on Sunday, adding that the date has also been changed.
Stage-managed by Owolabi Jelilat Olanshile, this theatrical masterpiece boasts a stellar cast featuring Zaynab Balogun, Akpovwovwo Emetekefe, Modester Akubuobi and Bankole Busayo.
The Sisters, he said, promises to captivate audiences with its riveting narrative.
The Main Auditorium at the University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos, is set to be transformed into a stage of theatrical brilliance as The Sisters unfolds its drama and emotion in two captivating performances scheduled on Tuesday, April 23rd, 2024 with first show at 2 pm and second show at 5 pm.
