Taylor Swift is going on tour next summer, reports Page Six.
The massive stadium tour, the outlet states quoting sources, sees Taylor Swift having “some really ambitious plans in place.” According to the source, “she’s excited to get back on the road after such a long but fruitful break.”
A second source shares that several shows have already been booked.
The “Betty” singer, 32, who last toured the world in 2018 to promote her sixth album, Reputation, was due to go on tour in 2020 in support of her seventh studio album, Lover, but was forced to cancel the dates once COVID-19 swept the world.
Her 2018 tour is reportedly one of the highest-grossing tours of all time, and the Texas stop was filmed for a concert special that premiered on Netflix later that year.
She however released two new albums in 2020, Folklore and Evermore, and re-recorded two of her previous records in 2021, Fearless and Red, after losing ownership of her back catalogue in a highly publicised dispute with her former record label in 2019.
