There are hundreds of permutations to living in Gidi.

But none of them could have adequately predicted the Okada and Keke crisis.
It has crippled social interventions and the usual exuberance of the Lagos night life scene.

So events that would on a good day drag into the unholy hours of the night, are closing out earlier.
But we are not deterred. Not in the least.
Book readings, music events, social hangouts and a few other wierd events.

We write to inform and invite you to the second edition of Colour Purge 0.2 themed ‘Penkelemes | Peculiar mess’, which promises to be a lot more in depth and thorough, exposing amateurs and experienced people to the world of painting. It is slated to hold on the 22nd February 2020 at the Nest Hub; 1a, Hughes Avenue, Yaba with sessions ranging from 12pm, 3pm and 6pm.

ART THERAPY: CLAY AND THE MIND

Next up on our Young Contemporaries program activities for the year is Art Therapy with Judith! Experiment with clay while doing activities tried and tested by Judith from her experience working at rehabilitation centres. We hope you can join us, this Sunday the 23rd of February from 2 pm – 6 pm at the gallery to learn about Judith’s creative process and engage with her and other art lovers!
