The National Film and Video Censors Board (NFVCB) has announced the 5th PAO Nigeria Digital Content Regulatory Conference (NDCRC5), which is to feature the Honourable Minister of Art, Culture, Tourism & Creative Economy, Hannatu Musa Musawa, as the Chief Host.
The two-day conference will take place on November 18 and 19, 2025, starting at 10am daily.

The venue is the Muson Centre, Onikan, Lagos.
The theme for this year’s landmark event is: “From Volume to Value: The Future of the Nigerian Motion Picture Industry in the Digital Age.” The conference is expected to be a crucial platform for dialogue on the digital transformation of Nigeria’s film and video sector.

A highlight of this edition will be a special toast to Nollywood legends who are celebrating their 50th and 60th birthdays this year. The event is a key gathering for stakeholders in the Nigerian motion picture industry.
The conference is powered by partners including Netflix, Google, MultiChoice, TikTok and others.
