The artiste formerly known as Machine Gun Kelly, real name Colson Baker, has officially changed his stage name to MGK, per uproxx.com.
This change was noted across various streaming platforms including Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal and YouTube on February 29. While his social media handles on X and Instagram remain unchanged for now, his X name has transitioned to MGK, and his Instagram handle currently reflects colson xx blonde don.
Although the reason behind the name change remains undisclosed, hints of the shift emerged in November 2023 when MGK requested photographers at an F1 race to refer to him simply as Machine.
