Loud Urban Choir drops much-anticipated “Cover EP”

The Loud Urban Choir is once again transforming the landscape of contemporary music with the release of its latest project, Cover EP. Known for turning familiar hits into unforgettable choral experiences, the group has officially released the six-track project across all streaming platforms.

The choir first gained international attention with their breakout cover of Ayra Starr’s Bloody Samaritan, which amassed over 25 million streams and earned praise from Destiny’s Child star Kelly Rowland. With this new EP, the choir continues to push creative boundaries by blending power, polish and soulful harmonies.

The Cover EP features a diverse range of reinterpretations that showcase the choir’s vocal versatility like “Tshwala Bam,” a gospel-infused take on the hit by TitoM and Yuppe.

Then there is “Residuals,” a soulful, harmonic reimagining of the Chris Brown track, “Hehehe,” a version filled with the vibrant energy of the Rema original and “Joy Is Coming,” a spiritual lift based on Fido’s popular anthem.

“Funds,” a moving conclusion to the EP, is the choir’s version of the collaboration by Davido, Odumodublvck and Chike.

By bringing together top-tier vocalists, the Loud Urban Choir aims to redefine the traditional role of a choir through unity and creativity.

The project showcases Loud Urban Choir’s ability to breathe new life into global hits while maintaining a distinct, powerful sound.
