Kanye West’s hotly anticipated performance at the upcoming Grammy Awards has been cancelled amid concerns about his ongoing campaign of abuse against ex-wife Kim Kardashian, Mirror reports.
According to the report, the 44-year-old rap sensation was due to take to the stage at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada next month to perform at the star studded ceremony.
But now his performance has been axed following months of shocking social media posts where he has rounded on 41-year-old ex-wife Kim and her 28-year-old boyfriend, Pete Davidson.
Speculation is rife that organisers pulled the plug on Kanye’s appearance amid concerns they could be seen to endorse his outrageous behaviour – which has included him accusing Kim of accusing him of being on drugs, hiring a hit man against her, and for repeated threats against Pete.
