Gracie Abrams is starting 2026 on a high. Fresh from being named the new face of Chanel’s Coco Crush fine jewellery line, according to hollywoodreporter.com, the singer-songwriter celebrated the launch with an intimate dinner at Los Angeles’ iconic Chateau Marmont.
Between greeting guests like Keri Russell and Maggie Rogers, Abrams sat down to discuss her creative evolution and what fans can expect from her upcoming project.

While Abrams is keeping specific details under wraps, she confirmed that her new material marks a significant personal milestone. “Right now, I’m just very proud,” she said. “It’s definitely my favourite music I’ve ever made, and I feel very closely connected to it.”
Reflecting on her songwriting process, she described her albums as “time capsules” of her life. “Right now, it does feel very like me,” she added. “I hope that whoever finds it connects with it and makes it theirs.”
With her image currently gracing billboards across Sunset Boulevard, talk has naturally turned to whether the singer might follow in the footsteps of many of her contemporaries by moving into Hollywood.
“I love a group project,” Abrams admitted, noting that the collaborative energy of a film set mirrors the thrill of touring. “These kinds of creative environments are so incredibly inspiring to me. So yeah, who knows? We’ll see.”
The “I Miss You, I’m Sorry” singer also spoke about her deepening relationship with Chanel. Having transitioned from a brand ambassador to the face of their jewellery line, Abrams praised the brand’s “timeless” appeal.
“I feel like myself in the clothes,” she explained, noting that the Coco Crush pieces fit seamlessly into her life, whether she is performing on stage or relaxing at home.
