Goethe-Institut Nigeria has announced the House of African Feminisms Festival slated for Friday, February 10 – 12 in Abidjan, Cote D’voire.
To hold under the theme: “Feminist Reflections on Love and Community Building”, the maiden edition of the festival will present masterclasses, panel discussions, book chats and exchanges, as well as a concert and art exhibition.
Also on the bill are online sessions, which a Goethe-Institut email, “warmly invites all of you – feminists, to become feminists or just interested in feminisms – to participate in the online sessions of our House of African Feminisms Festival which starts on Friday this week”.
Participants can still register for the masterclass on feminist advocacy with storyteller and artist Efua Oyofo by sending an email to hoaf@goethe.de after which they would receive the zoom link.
