British music legends Duran Duran are set to return to London’s Hyde Park this summer, headlining the Great Oak Stage on Sunday, July 5, per nme.com. The “Rio” hitmakers will be joined by very special guests Scissor Sisters for the 2026 edition of the BST concert series.
This performance marks a triumphant return for Simon Le Bon and his bandmates, who previously topped the bill in 2022. Jim King, CEO of AEG Presents UK, noted that the pairing of these two iconic acts promises a night of “era-defining hits” and will serve as a definitive highlight of the British summer calendar.
The announcement adds further star power to a packed BST schedule that already features Garth Brooks, Maroon 5, Mumford & Sons, and Lewis Capaldi. While the full supporting line-up for 5 July remains under wraps, the appetite for the New Romantic icons remains high following their 2023 album, Danse Macabre.
Tickets for the event go on general sale at 10:00 BST next Wednesday, April 3. Fans looking for early access can participate in the Amex pre-sale starting today, 27 March, while official fan club members can secure tickets from Monday, 30 March.
