Clipse return with new album after 16 years

Clipse, composed of Pusha T and No Malice, have officially announced their highly anticipated new album, “Let God Sort Em Out,” set to drop on July 11, per hiphophero.com. This is the legendary Virginia duo’s first full-length project in 16 years, following 2009’s Til the Casket Drops.

The news broke on May 29, accompanied by the release of their first single, “Ace Trumpets,” now available on all major streaming platforms. Adding to the excitement, the iconic Kaws designed the album’s cover art.

Pharrell Williams is set to produce the entire Roc Nation release, promising the signature sound that fans have long craved.

Speaking on the new material, Pusha T described “Let God Sort Em Out” as showcasing “the supreme maturation of a rap duo,” adding that it’s “high-taste-level piece of work.”

No Malice echoed this sentiment, highlighting the album’s “authenticity” and “true evolution” of the Clipse sound.

The brothers previously reunited on Kanye West’s 2019 track “Use This Gospel,” hinting at their return. With solo success for Pusha T in the interim, including his 2022 album It’s Almost Dry, the stage is set for a powerful comeback from one of hip-hop’s most respected duos.
