Cam’ron & 50 Cent troll Jim Jones over ‘unpaid rent’ claims

Old rivalries have taken a frosty turn as Cam’ron and 50 Cent joined forces on social media to mock Jim Jones over his alleged financial difficulties, per hiphopdx.com.

The spat began on Wednesday when Cam’ron appeared to target his former Dipset partner on Instagram, poking fun at reports of heating issues and overdue rent. “How u worried about me when ya heat off and rent due,” Cam’ron wrote, referencing the freezing temperatures in the Bronx.

The remarks follow claims made by 50 Cent that Jones, along with podcast co-hosts Fabolous, Maino, and Dave East, allegedly owes $180,000 in unpaid rent for their recording studio.

Jones quickly hit back in the comments, calling Cam’ron “soft” and daring him to “pull up” in person. The exchange escalated as Cam’ron offered to “Zelle” funds to the rapper, jokingly adding: “I’d hate for you to be 50 years old with no heat.”

50 Cent soon waded into the fray, posting a satirically edited video of Jones shivering in a warehouse, accompanied by screenshots of affordable portable radiators found online.

Despite the heavy trolling, Jones attempted to pivot the narrative by sharing a tour of his new under-construction warehouse. He claims the space will soon house a “multi-purpose content creation facility,” including a recording studio and a barbershop.

“Thank you for the free promo,” Jones told his followers, leaning into the joke by pretending to freeze on camera. “We workin’ while we workin’.”

This latest clash marks a continuation of the long-standing friction between the trio. While Cam’ron and 50 Cent have historically been enemies, they seem to have found common ground in their shared amusement at Jones’ expense.
