Big Sean delays album release

Big Sean has unexpectedly postponed the release of his highly anticipated sixth studio album, “Better Me Than You,” originally slated for August 9, per complex.com. The 36-year-old artiste made the announcement just days before the scheduled debut, catching fans off guard.

In an Instagram post promoting his latest single “On Up,” the renowned rapper hinted at the delay, prompting questions from eager followers. Responding to a fan’s inquiry, the rapper confirmed the postponement, citing the need for additional time to organise listening events and shows.

This setback comes on the heels of a controversial album leak last month, which some speculated was linked to fans of Kanye West. However, Sean dismissed these rumours during a recent Instagram Live session, expressing his continued admiration for West and rejecting the notion of his involvement in the leak.

The former G.O.O.D. Music artiste has yet to announce a new release date for “Better Me Than You.” Fans are left eagerly anticipating further updates as Big Sean works to finalise the album’s rollout plans.
